What we check
We check the holder’s name, date of birth, licence number, issuing authority, vehicle categories, validity and restrictions against the source. Provide clear copies of both sides and any attachments, together with the issuing country or region and intended place of use.
Before you use the translation
Local authorities and service providers determine the rules for driving, renting a vehicle or exchanging a licence. Check whether a translation is accepted and whether a specified format or additional procedure is needed. A translation is not an international driving permit and does not guarantee an exchange or processing time.
