Start with the purpose and scope
Confirming recorded employment
We present the role, start date and employer's statement within its documented scope, without extending status at issue into a long-term guarantee.
Supporting a CV or résumé
We compare roles and dates with the CV, preserving each source's wording and flagging inconsistent employment periods for clarification.
Leave and itinerary documents
Where leave or return-to-work arrangements are stated, we retain dates and conditions without turning leave approval into a guarantee concerning travel or external decisions.
Which pages and files should you prepare?
| Material | Scope to confirm | Preparation and checks |
|---|---|---|
| Signed employment certificate | Include the text, letterhead, signature page and all attachments. | Ensure the issue date, signer's role and seal wording are legible. |
| Employer name reference | Provide the employer's established English name and branch wording. | Identify whether the issuer is a parent company, branch or employing entity. |
| Role and employment details | Provide title references, start date and the stated employment type. | Distinguish stated full-time, part-time, agency or project arrangements. |
| Leave and contact details | Include stated leave dates, contact person and company contact details. | Check dialing codes, email addresses and dates and do not add unlisted contacts. |
Review focused on the document details
Employer and employment relationship
We check employer, department and workplace names and distinguish the issuer from the employing entity. A stated service or cooperation relationship is not rewritten as employment, and corporate affiliations are not added without evidence.
Role and duties
Titles follow the actual function and stated duties, retaining part-time or acting qualifiers. Internal grades are not mapped directly onto another organization's hierarchy, and ordinary responsibilities are not elevated into authorized management positions.
Employment and leave dates
We distinguish start dates, employment periods, certificate dates and leave periods and check return wording. An absent end date does not imply permanent employment, and a current-status statement is not expanded into a future job-retention promise.
Signatures and pay fields
We check signers, roles, seals and contact details. Any pay field retains its monthly or annual basis and currency; unstated tax treatment or bonus coverage is queried rather than inferred.
Agree the deliverables before work begins
Electronic translation
Agree PDF, Word, Excel or other formats, editability, page order and file naming. Confirm any page-by-page source correspondence before work starts.
Statements, signatures and stamps
If the recipient requires a translator statement, signature, contact details, stamp or a particular qualification, share the checklist first so the supporting set and responsible provider can be checked.
Paper copies and shipping
Agree copies, binding, source-reference pages, address and shipping milestones. Translation, supporting formalities and transit are planned separately.
Translation, notarisation, Apostille and consular legalisation are distinct stages. Check the recipient checklist to establish which stages and document combinations are needed for the intended submission.
Check credentials and document quality
See the company profile for SENIOR TRANS credential and association information. Check the holder, scope and statements or supporting work needed for this assignment before engagement.

Provide clear files or a redacted sample, with languages, purpose, volume and timing.
Agree the scope
Confirm main text and annexes, review, formats, supporting work, price and delivery.
Translate and review
Check fields, terminology, figures, dates and cross-document relationships.
Deliver and follow up
Deliver against the list and consolidate feedback; assess new source versions or added files separately.
Questions before you commission the work
Can CV duties be added to the certificate translation?
A CV can guide terminology and date checks, but the signed certificate controls the translation. New duties, locations or employment terms should be confirmed by the issuer and added to the source first, rather than inserted into the signed statement.
What if the company and brand have different names?
Provide the issuing entity's full name and a reliable English reference. A brand can assist identification, but entity, branch and brand names remain distinct. They are not substituted for convenience, and undocumented group relationships are not added.
Does a translated leave certificate guarantee acceptance?
Translation conveys the employer's leave statement and conditions. The recipient reviews the complete submission under its own requirements, so acceptance or approval cannot be guaranteed. Its checklist can help identify missing dates, signatures or other source details.
How is employed to date handled?
We retain the continuing-employment wording in the context of the issue date. It is not rewritten as an indefinite contract, nor supplemented with an unconfirmed end or renewal date. If an updated status is needed, request a new certificate from the employer.
Describe the documents and request a quote
Share the languages, volume, purpose and preferred timing to confirm the scope, price and delivery. Complete files can follow once the transfer method is agreed.
