Start with the purpose and scope
Presenting income details
We present salary or other income for the stated period with its basis and currency, without turning average income into a fixed monthly salary.
Supporting financial records
Alongside bank statements, we compare periods and salary descriptions and identify differences in basis without changing figures to make them match.
Organizing income components
We separate base pay, bonuses, allowances and other stated components and retain notes about inclusion in totals to avoid double counting.
Which pages and files should you prepare?
| Material | Scope to confirm | Preparation and checks |
|---|---|---|
| Complete income certificate | Include the person's identity, amounts, period, signature and seal. | Check numeric and written amounts and currencies, including units and parenthetical notes. |
| Pay component notes | Provide source breakdowns of base pay, bonuses and allowances. | Identify whether bonuses are included and distinguish paid from expected amounts. |
| Period and calculation basis | Supply source notes on monthly, annual or average figures and tax wording. | Ask the issuer to clarify gross or net status if it is unstated. |
| Related document references | Provide employment certificates, payslips and name spellings where available. | Keep references distinct from the certificate and identify each document's reporting scope. |
Review focused on the document details
Amount units and currency
We check units, including figures expressed in thousands or ten-thousands, and compare decimals with written amounts. Different currencies remain separate rather than converted or totaled; ambiguous currency abbreviations are clarified from source information.
Reporting periods and frequency
We distinguish calendar years, employment periods, recent months and single-month figures, retaining average or cumulative qualifiers. Partial-period averages are not projected into annual earnings, and annual pay is not divided into an unstated monthly figure.
Tax wording and components
We distinguish gross, net, payable and paid wording and check whether bonuses, benefits and allowances are separate. Unstated deductions or tax are not calculated, and bank receipts are not automatically treated as the certificate's net income.
Issuer and related record consistency
We check issuer, signer and issue date against the employment record. Different payroll entities or overlapping periods are flagged for clarification rather than combined or altered to simplify the submission.
Agree the deliverables before work begins
Electronic translation
Agree PDF, Word, Excel or other formats, editability, page order and file naming. Confirm any page-by-page source correspondence before work starts.
Statements, signatures and stamps
If the recipient requires a translator statement, signature, contact details, stamp or a particular qualification, share the checklist first so the supporting set and responsible provider can be checked.
Paper copies and shipping
Agree copies, binding, source-reference pages, address and shipping milestones. Translation, supporting formalities and transit are planned separately.
Translation, notarisation, Apostille and consular legalisation are distinct stages. Check the recipient checklist to establish which stages and document combinations are needed for the intended submission.
Check credentials and document quality
See the company profile for SENIOR TRANS credential and association information. Check the holder, scope and statements or supporting work needed for this assignment before engagement.
View professional credentialsA clear path from files to feedback
Describe the files
Provide clear files or a redacted sample, with languages, purpose, volume and timing.
Agree the scope
Confirm main text and annexes, review, formats, supporting work, price and delivery.
Translate and review
Check fields, terminology, figures, dates and cross-document relationships.
Deliver and follow up
Deliver against the list and consolidate feedback; assess new source versions or added files separately.
Questions before you commission the work
Can gross or net status be inferred from bank credits?
Bank credits alone do not establish the certificate's tax basis and may include bonuses, reimbursements or deductions. Ask the issuer to clarify or update the source. Personal assumptions should not become an income statement attributed to the issuer.
What if the certificate and bank statement show different amounts?
Compare periods, tax basis and included components, retaining each source's figures. The issuer may need to explain differences; translation cannot change numbers to force agreement. A separate explanatory document can be reviewed and translated alongside both records.
Can annual pay be converted to monthly pay for convenience?
The translation retains annual pay without dividing it into a new monthly claim. If both figures appear in the source, both are translated. Any separate calculation needs a stated basis and must remain outside the signed certificate text.
Can an expected bonus be described as earned income?
Expected, target or conditional payment wording must remain and cannot become a statement of receipt. Paid and expected bonuses can be shown separately with their periods. Unclear wording needs issuer clarification rather than removal of conditions to enhance the income figure.
