一、产品安装:打开装包箱,查看机体是否完整。然后把脚轮、触摸屏支架、百分表安装好。

III. Pre-welding Adjustment
1、①、查看焊接夹紧上下钳口左右相距初始距离。一般定为帘线直径φ0.6-φ
1. ① Check initial distances between two sides of the upper and the lower jaws of a welding tong. Generally, a 3.0mm distance is rated for cord with a diameter of φ0.6-φ1.65mm. ② Check whether left and right electrode trenches are on a straight line. To adjust the initial distance, screw the positioning screw on lower part of a welding handle on the left from the left to the right to increase the distance, vise versa. The screw hole is arc-shaped. After the distance is fixed, lock with a bolt. Then, you will see the initial distance move towards the left by pressing the welding handle. It clacks when limit switch shuts off the power.
2、打开上盖,松驰四个内六方螺丝可见前面左夹持钳口为夹线固定电极连接下机壳。右夹持钳口为夹线活动电极连接整个焊接传动系统。①带动直线光轴。②限位开关断路连接杆。③限位开关断路顶丝M4螺丝前调断电早,后调断电晚。④传动烧头拉簧、平行滑动半轴推动百分表尾左移,使百分表定位
2. Open the cover, loosen four hex screws, and then you will see the left clamping jaw is a thread tension fixed electrode which is connected with the lower casing, while the right clamping jaw is a thread tension adjustable electrode which is connected with the entire welding transmission system. ① Drive linear optical axis. ② Limit switch circuit-breaking connecting rod. ③ The power is shut off early when the limit switch circuit-breaking set screw (M4) is adjusted forward, and shut off late when it is adjusted backward. ④ Drive burner spring and parallel sliding shaft to push tail of the dial indicator move towards left and let it position on 0mm-0.4mm-0.68mm. Displacement is determined according to diameter of welding wire. Dial indicator reading indicates welding melting distance. If it is required to increase the reading, adjust knurled nut of the limit switch circuit-breaking connecting rod to loosen the external nut, and screw the internal nut to the left while squeezing it by screwing to the left, vise versa. The connecting rod is equipped with a melting positioning sleeve, which can cushion weld rebound when welding, thus preventing crack.
3、平行滑动半轴由两滚动轴承夹紧平衡运行、不紧不松、灵敏传动,需调整间隙时上轴承轴是六方偏心轴(如平行滑动半轴调整间隙用
3. The parallel sliding shaft is clamped by two rolling bearings and runs in parallel, neither too loose, nor too tight, driving sensitively. When it is required to adjust clearance, the upper bearing shaft is a hex eccentric shaft (if clearance of parallel sliding shaft is adjusted by moving the hex shaft with a 10mm die wrench, the clearance where you feel neither too loose nor too tight shall be considered as the standard clearance).
4、右活动电极主臂连接导电铜辫子线。需要固定好U型口朝下不能变型否则影响焊接效果。
4. Main arm of the right adjustable electrode is connected with a conductive braided copper wire. It is required to fix a U-opening face down and maintain the shape, or welding effect will be affected.
5、插上电源调整烧头手柄及拉簧杆松紧。扳动手柄向右方向移动。此时拉簧传动右夹臂钳口略见移开为最佳。烧头手柄底端有开关顶丝,拉开时指示灯亮为通电标志。另一根顶丝保护开关不易撞坏。调整完毕盖好上盖。
5. Power on to adjust tightness of a burner handle and a return spring rod. Move the handle towards the right. Then, it will be better when the return spring drives the right clamp jaw slightly away. Bottom of the burner handle is equipped with a switch set screw. When pulled away, the indicator lights, indicating power-on. Another set screw protects the switch from collision. Close the upper cover after adjustment.
焊接时在夹持钳口上放好焊线夹紧。开始拉动烧头手柄,熔断焊线。焊机机头上装有操作按钮:焊接手柄、退火按钮、砂轮按钮、烧头手柄。电器控制箱装有照明放大镜灯开关、电锤调速钮、机架脚踏开关、控制箱门锁。
When welding, put a welding wire on the clamp jaw and clamp it tightly. Begin to pull the burner handle, and melt the welding wire. Welder head is equipped with buttons: welding handle, annealing button, grinding button and burner handle. The electric control cabinet is equipped with lighting magnifying glass lamp switch, electric hammer speed regulating button, frame foot switch and cabinet door lock.
四、焊接方式与焊接过程:

1、焊接前①、需要把焊线放在电极合适夹持槽内。②、先烧头、拉动烧头手柄使焊线熔圆头、光滑、不超出焊线直径。③、然后在磨头机上磨平成垂直端面。④、先夹左夹线钳口中,焊线露出初始距离一半,另一端夹持右夹线钳口时手要轻顶左夹线钳使焊接初始距离不要增大
1. Before welding, ① it is required to put the welding wire into an electrode compatible holding trench. ② Start with the burner, and pull the burner handle to enable the head of the welding wire to be melted round and smooth, not exceeding diameter of the welding wire. ③ And then grind the welding wire on a grinding machine until it has a vertical end surface. ④ Clamp it in the left thread tension jaw first. The welding wire exposes as long as half initial distance, and when the other end is clamped in the right thread tension jaw, your hand shall slightly hold the left thread tension clamp, so that the initial welding distance is kept below 3.0mm to prevent welding melting distance dissatisfying the standard. ⑤ Move the welding handle to automatically weld the welding wire. ⑥ A standard welding spot shall be date pit-like (as shown in welding wire sketch). ⑦ A welding spot that is 10-15% higher than original wire diameter shall be deemed as qualified. ⑧ When welding, this can be determined according to welding wire diameter by observing change of dial indicator readings on the top left corner, ranging from 0–68, i.e. when welding steel cord with a melting distance of 0.68mm, the welding spot is shaped as a date pit.
