3、Grilled Cannon of Colorado Lamb with Garlic Fried Milk and Baby Broccoli
Pride Mountain Merlot “Vintner Select” 2012
炙烤科罗拉多峡谷羊肉，（枸杞收尾）、炸香蒜、小西兰花；搭配加州傲山酒庄2012年“智选”葡萄酒。
4、Poppyseed Bread and Butter Pudding with Meyer Lemon Curd Lychee Sorbet
Schramsberg Cremant Demi-sec 2011
罂粟籽面包和奶油布丁、柠檬荔枝冰沙；搭配加州世酿伯格酒庄2011年半气泡酒。
