1．目的
为规范公司计算机系统的管理，确保公司网络资源高效安全地用于工作，特制定本制度。
This system is specially formulated to regulate the management of the
company's computer systems and to ensure that the company's network
resources are used efficiently and safely.
2. range
The company's computer system management is mainly the management of
computer hardware, software and network. The hardware refers to the
computer display, host, keyboard, mouse and other computer components.
The software refers to various application programs. The network refers
to the company's various office locations. Wide-area connections between
local area networks and office locations, wide area networks, mobile
network access, Internet exports, and various services provided on the
Internet, such as Internet e-mail and proxy services.
2．范围
公司计算机系统管理主要是对计算机硬件、软件及网络的管理，其中硬件是指计算机显示屏、主机、键盘、鼠标等计算机组成部分，软件是指各类应用程序，网络是指公司各办公地点的局域网、办公地点之间的广域连接广域网、移动网络接入、Internet出口以及网络上提供的各类服务如Internet电子邮件、代理服务等。
3．职责
办公室负责对计算机硬件的购买、调配及笔记本电脑的保管、部门间调配的协调工作。各部门主任负责笔记本电脑的分配。
办公室负责计算机系统的日常维护、检修，并作为公司网络的规划、设计、建设和办公室门，对公司网络运行情况进行监管和控制，有权对公司网络上的信息进行检查和备案。

禁止任何人私自修改公司共用计算机上的程序设置。
4.3网络管理
4.3严禁任何人以任何手段，蓄意破坏公司网络的正常运行，蓄意窃取公司网上的保密信息。
4.4公司网上服务如DNS、DHCP、WINS等由办公室统一规划，任何部门和个人不得在网上擅自设置该类服务。
4.5为确保广域网的正常运行，禁止通过各种方式，包括利用邮件、FTP、Win2000共享等在广域网中传送超大文件。
4.6严禁任何部门和个人在网上私自设立BBS，NEWS，个人主页，WWW站点，FTP站点及各种文件服务器，严禁在公司网络上玩任何形式的网络游戏。
