航行、信号灯控制器Navigation and signal light controller
航行、信号灯控制器是控制航行、信号灯工作状态的控制器。并有模拟船形，航行、信号灯按照实船位置摆放在模拟船形中。可以控制航行、信号灯的开启、关闭、监视、故障报警、消音、试验和失电报警等功能。
The navigation and signal light controller is to control work state of navigation and signal lights. There is simulated ship form, and the navigation and signal lights are laid in this form according to the positions of real ships. It has the functions of controlling open, close, monitor, failure alarm, erasure, test and power-loss alarm of navigation and signal lights.

驾控台内设置有AC220V和DC24V分电箱，为各用电设备提供可靠的用电保障。

2.3.3 其他Others
驾控台还设有外部照明控制开关及电源指示、灯光管制控制开关及电源指示以及消防泵遥控单元。
In the control console, there are also control switch of external lighting, power indicator as well as light control switch, power indicator and firefighting pump remote control unit.
3 使用操作Use Operation
3.1 使用前的准备和检查Preparation and Inspection before Use
将驾控台的全部配套设备按照线缆连接图连接好，检查供电电源是否正常并已送上，确认无误后，可以进入使用状态。Connect all the support equipment of the control console in accordance with the cable connection diagram, and check if the power supply is normal. After confirmation, turn on the power switch and enter the use state.
3.2 航行信号灯控制器的使用与操作Use and Operation of Navigation Signal Light Controller
3.2.1 航行信号灯的开启和关闭Open and close of navigation signal light
通过面板按键控制外负载航行信号灯的开启和关闭。Control the open and close of external load navigation signal light by the buttons on the panel.
3.2.2 试灯操作Light debugging operation
通过控制面板上的“试灯”按键，检验面板模拟指示灯工作是否正常，蜂鸣器报警音是否正常。Press the “LIGHT DEBUGGING” button on the control panel, and check if the panel simulating indicator light and buzzer alarm sound are normal.
在面板灯测试期间，不影响报警功能。When the panel light is debugged, the alarm function works normally.
3.2.3 报警确认及消音Alarm confirmation and erasure
按下“报警确认”键后，所有发生报警回路将自动关断。After pressing the “ALARM CONFIRMATION” button, all alarm loops will automatically turn off.
按下“消音”键只消除蜂鸣器报警声响和报警继电器输出，不影响模拟灯的报警状态。Press the “ERASURE” button, only the buzzer alarm sound and relay output will be erased, and the alarm state of the simulating light is not influenced.
报警确认及消音之后需要重新开启故障航行信号灯按键才能点亮外部负载灯。After alarm confirmation and erasure, repress the failure navigation signal light and then external load light turns on.
3.2.4 面板调光功能Panel dimming function
按下面板“调光”按键，该控制器可以进行四级调光功能，系统自动保存调光级别，掉电不丢失。After pressing the “DIMMING” button on the panel, this controller will start its four-class function, and the system keeps the dimming class automatically, which will not be lost at power failure.
3.2.5 电源指示功能Power indicating function
该控制器在模拟面板上可以观察当前主、备电源状态，并且具有主、备失电报警功能。This controller can observe current states of main and back-up power supplies on the simulating panel, and has the alarm function of main and back-up power failure.
3.3分电箱的使用与操作Use and Operation of Distribution Box
分电箱布置在驾控台的前门中，每路由空气断路器控制，并有标牌标记用电设备的名称。当需要有设备供电时，只要搬动空气断路器为ON的位置即可。The distribution box is laid in the front door the control console. Each circuit is controlled by air breaker and there are labels to mark names of electric equipment. When it is necessary to supply power, turn the air breaker to be “ON”.
当设备发生短路现象时，空气断路器可自动断开，起保护作用。When there is any short circuit in the equipment, air breaker turns off automatically and plays a role in protection.
