根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》和有关规定,甲乙双方经平等协商一致,自愿签订本合同,共同遵守本合同所列条款。
In accordance with the Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China and other regulations, the Contract is entered into voluntarily by both parties through friendly consultation on the basis of equality, and both parties agree to abide by the provisions herein.
一、 工作内容： I. Work duties
1： 乙方同意根据甲方工作需要，担任办公室保洁员岗位工作
1. Party B agrees to work as the office cleaner according to the job demand of Party A.
2：乙方工作应负责办公室清扫、餐具洗刷（每周两次）等保洁工作。
2. Party B shall be responsible for the cleaning work such as office cleaning, tableware washing (twice a week), etc.
二、 劳动时间和劳动条件：

1：工作时间；周二、周五13点15点，如遇法定假期，按照甲方要求调整。
1. Work time: from 13:00 to 15:00 on Tuesday and Friday. In case of legal holidays, the adjustment shall be made according to the requirements of Party A.
2：甲方为乙方提供必要的劳动条件和劳动工具。

三、劳动报酬

1：甲方付乙方每个月基础工资6000元/月
1. Party A shall pay basic wage RMB 6000 Yuan per month to Party B.
2：乙方为退休人员，甲方无需缴纳相应社会保险
2. Because Party B is retired, Party A does not have to pay the corresponding social insurances for party B.
3.在工作期间甲方为乙方购买工作期间人身伤害保险1份。

四、劳动纪律
IV. Labor discipline
1：根据工作需要甲方安排工作，乙方应服从管理、听从指挥，及时完成办公室的保洁工作，如没有及时完成清扫任务或清扫不合格的，公司将给予警告，并有权扣发工资。
1. Party A arranges relevant duties in accordance with work demands. Party B shall comply with the management and follow the direction of Party A, completing the office cleaning on time. In case the cleaning tasks are not completed on time or not qualified, Party A shall send a warning, and has the right to deduct wages.

五、劳动安全责任

1.乙方在工作的时候要必须注意工作安全安全。
1. While working, Party B shall pay attention to safety.
2.甲方不承担乙方所发生的上下班交通安全责任。
2. Party A shall not assume the commute traffic safety responsibility of party B.
六、劳动合同的变更、解除
VI. Contract change and termination
1.如果乙方没有服从甲方的安排甲方有权解除合同。
1. Party A shall have the right to terminate the Contract in case Party B fails to obey the arrangement of party A.
2.乙方的工作不到位及身体各因素不能正常工作甲方有权解除合同。
2. Party A shall have the right to terminate the Contract in case the work of Party B does not satisfy Party A, or the physical condition of Party B is not suitable for the normal work.
3.甲方因拖欠工资或工作太劳累乙方有权解除合同。
3. Party B shall have the right to terminate the Contract in case Party A fails to pay the wage, or Party B feels the work is too hard.
本合同双方签订一式二份、甲乙双方各执一份、涂改或未经授权代签无效。本合同双方签字后生效。
The Contract is made in duplicate, each party holds one copy. Altered or unauthorized execution shall be invalid. The Contact shall come into force as of the signature by both Parties.
